RATES
The Log Cabin rates are based on the number of guests, and ages of any children.
There are beds for up to 11 guests, and there are a couple of couches.
To determine the rates for specific dates, click on our availability calendar and fill in your desired dates.

Peak Season:

June, July & August*
$425 per night, up to 6 guests
Add $25 each additional guest
No charge for children under 4 years
Add $25 to $50 per night for holidays
Add 10% county bed tax

Security/cleaning deposit $400 per visit, is fully refundable
after checkout upon clean inspection.

That's it. No additional cleaning fees, no parking fees, no booking fees, just the nightly fee based on the number of guests.

Low Season Rates:

September through May*
Deduct $25 to $50 per night
Holidays excluded.

Minimum Stay

We require a four night minimum stay on advance reservations for the summer months.

Two night minimum stay remainder of the year.

Check in time: 4 pm or after
Check out time: 11 am (no later please)

Your 4th consecutive midweek night is free, Sunday through Thursday, November through March, excluding holidays.
OR
Stay 7 consecutive nights for a 10% discount, year round, excluding holidays.

Security/ Cleaning Deposit:
Guests are expected to leave the cabin in the same general condition as they found it.

The $400 security/cleaning deposit is fully refundable when check-out procedures are followed.

Check-out Procedures:
Wash and put away your dishes
Strip the sheets and pillow cases from all used beds
Place all used linens and used towels in the laundry room
Garbage and recycling go in the basement garage receptacles

Cancellations:
All cancellations subject to a 5% fee, $25 minimum
60 day notice required to avoid a 50% fee
Less than 14 days, no refund
